Terrible!!! Bought a ring and paid for the VIP plan so I could have it sized for free.  Paid it off weeks ago and still have no ring. I have been lied to repeatedly.  It was supposed to be overnighted, didn't happen. Then it was supposed to be picked up, didn't happen. Overnighted, didn't happen. Picked up, didn't happen....etc, etc, etc. I am not sure what my options are, but for sure I won't be buying anything from them in the future!

Don't bother pawning here they will greatly under price what you bring in , they sell things half broken and torn up. Do yourself a favor and go to hy and mikes pawn.

The cleanest and best organized pawn shop.
   However it has a corporate feel free to it that I don't like. Most items are not negotiable.
