I made a great choice with EZ Storage, not only were my belongings safe, the price competitive  but Stacey the manager is helpful and personable. My car was hit in the storage unit and EZ Storage was on my side and really helped in the situation. They go above and beyond in customer service when you don't think you would need it they are so helpful.

Storage facility is clean with courteous knowledgeable staff.  Management may not have a handle on whereabouts of and quantity of hand trucks.

I'm handicapped and these folks were very very helpful for me they locked locker for me they made sure everything is put in properly because I was unable to go up to the locker I'd recommend this place to everybody the staff was extremely helpful and the rakes very reasonable

The process to go and get a storage unit showing up randomly is quick and painless.  The ladies I worked with were easy to work with and quick to get the paperwork done.  I enjoyed the thorough walk through and being able to check out the storage unit sizes before deciding to go with which one I needed.

Access to the unit is gated with a personal code to both get in and out of the place.  Cameras are stationed everywhere.  There are carts provided to haul items to and from loading area.  If you're on a floor above 1st, there are elevators available to transfer items.
