I could not ask for better or more personalized service! Everyone always remembers my name when I go in. I never have to tell them my account number. Anytime I have needed assistance, I have been taken care of promptly, courteously, and efficiently. I have never felt like an inconvenience or a bother. I always know I will be greeted with friendly face and smile, and that whatever need I have will be met that day.

Great bank! Excellent customer service. No fees in most transactions that other banks overcharge, great mobile app, NO CHARGE ON NON-F&M ATMs. If you find it somewhere else you are lucky.

Wish i could give less , simple request to break a 100 dollar bill . Was told that without an account they can not break it ... Poor customer service when even the simplist of tasks can not be achieved here .
