We absolutely love FYDOLAND and all of the Pet Pals they have working there. Our dog had severe separation anxiety when we first got her and FYDOLAND was the answer for us. She can now be left home alone for 5-6 hours, but we still take her for doggie daycare regularly because she loves it so much. She is excited to go there and comes home exhausted. She sleeps really well the night she comes from from playing and all the next day. The owner has also helped us find some holistic solutions to a medical problem and special ordered food for our dog. Can't say enough great things about FYDOLAND.

Horrible service. I made reservations for my dog to be boarded overnight on a Saturday. I received a confirmation email instructing me to bring my dog at 12pm. On my way to their facility they called and I didn't get a chance to check who it was since I was driving. I reached the facility at 12:03pm and it was closed. The voice mail I received at 11:58am was a woman saying that if I don't call back or get there in the next 2 min she will be leaving promptly and I will not be able to bring my dog in. If that's how they treat their human customers I don't want to know how they treat their doggy visitors. Rude and unprofessional!

Best concept ever!! Blackjack gets tired of staying home alone while we work. This is a place for him to play and be around other dogs instead of being cooped up in the house.. We have a sigh of relief knowing someone is playing with him, feeding him, and looking out for him while we are away from home. the hours of 6am- 7pm M-F should suit any working couple just fine! We really don't know what we would do with him ( most kennels would keep in in a cage most of the day & I don't like that idea) if FYDOland wasn't right here in Huntley.. We have referred numerous friends to this great idea and they cant agree more with how I feel. The only downfall is their weekend hours. They should offer daycare on Saturday and Sunday so we can attended events without him. Thanks again FYdOland!

I moved out on my own last Spring about ten minutes away from my mom’s house. We got my sweet dog, Kiba, in 2004 and every single night from 2004 until I moved out, Kiba slept in my bed and it got to the point where I knew what he was thinking by the wrinkles on his little forehead and the angle of his ears. I love Kiba so, so, so much and it hurt me to move away from him but I couldn’t bring him because my landlady didn’t allow pets. For the first couple of months after I moved out, my mom and I constantly worried about him being home alone. My mom works 7 am to 7 pm and I work 8 am to 4 pm so by the time anyone could come to visit Kiba he would have been alone for about 10 hours. It always gnawed at my mind how bored and lonely he must have been at home and this became a huge burden on me. My mom didn’t trust strangers to come to our house to walk him. One day we heard about Fydoland and I took him there immediately. At first I was a little worried because I thought it might be too overwhelming for him but when we picked him up that first day he had the biggest smile on his face. Every time we pick him up he is so excited and he looks like a little puppy again. I know the girls here care about Kiba and treat him well so I am at such ease now when I know he is there. We did one visit a week for a while but not we’re raising it to two visits a week since it gets pitch black now by the time we can get to the dog park after work. You wonderful girls have no idea how much you help us with peace of mind. It was heartbreaking to picture little Kiba at home alone with nothing to do and if we could take him there 5 times a week we would. Oh, since this is a review I guess I should say a few things about the facility: It is very clean and the lobby is so cute with the walls lined with organic brands of dog food, rawhides, leashes, toys, etc. The staff knew Kiba by sight after the 2nd or 3rd time I took him there. This blew me away because the vet that I took Kiba to for 5 years never had any idea who he was or his history and I hated that kind of impersonal service. I’m a picky customer so I usually find something I am dissatisfied with but there is not one thing I am unhappy with when it comes to Fydoland. I DO wish the webcams were available at the Huntley location, though, but hopefully that’s something for the future. Thank you so much, ladies!
