Faber Builders were great to work with. They were prompt, responsive, and showed genuine interest in what we wanted in our new home. There were a few missed touch-ups that were necessary after move in, and even our first few months living in our home, but Ray found time in his schedule to come make it right for us.. and that spoke volumes to their dedication to us as their customers. I'd recommend their company to anyone interested in moving to the Rochester area.

My husband & I closed on our new build this past Friday. Our house is absolutely beautiful but we were rushed into the closing process when everything isn’t finished yet. The whole outside is not completed. Driveway, yard, walkway, back steps, etc. Other than that we haven’t had any major issues but looking at all these reviews is making me very nervous about the quality of our house & what we’ve probably going to have to replace in the next coming years. We don’t have much to review on since everything isn’t finished but Ray & Rafael were extremely helpful & nice to us. We’re just hoping things get done soon & correctly before we start paying our first payment.

My wife Wanda and I have consistently received above and beyond customer service from Faber. There are not many organizations where the CEO Bernie makes an intentional effort to check in with the people who purchased Faber homes.  The entire Faber family from Anthony, Ray, the seeding and grading team, project manager, Claridge, contractors, and Faber Headquarters go out of their way just to be good to all customers. Purchased a home less than 5 years ago. The quality of my house is very poor. Had issues from the beginning. Most recently our roof is leaking. We contacted a roofer that stated poor quality of work and outdated materials. They don't care about the customer. They build homes as cheaply as possible to be able to make a huge profit. They don't respond to complaints. They don't care about upset customers.

The building phase took a bit longer than initially expected and agreed but labor shortage was a main issue during this phase. The house is what we expected, minor details to improve like doors or windows but overall very good job. The sales representative Anthony always answered our calls, messages and requests very fast and helped us a lot during the whole process. Our recommendation is to ensure a good communication not only internally but also with customers so all stakeholders would be conscious about same deadlines. In general good service and fast answers. They always made an effort to find us a solution. We recommend Faber Builders homes :
