The best fabric store in town. A bit short on high-end fabrics, but that's understandable bcs the market for those is slim in Halifax. Very knowledgeable staff and great sales.

Friendly service and very welcoming for outdoorsmen. They have a nice selection of webbing for packs and repairs. Make sure you go on a weekend, the parking is a mess during the week.

Left my old review for comparison. 

I've noticed a huge staff turnover in this store.  and I am pleased with the results.  Staff are friendly, helpful and kind.  I have been going to this store for years, so pleased to finally feel welcome when I walk in the door.  Thank you for listening to reviews and making positive changes!  

"Old Review"
Lots of choice.  I don't find the staff helpful.  It's like they are always on edge about something.  The assistant manager(I think her name is Debbie) is very nice and friendly but she is usually on the cash.  

Last time I was there I forgot my membership card, the lady seemed annoyed when I asked if she could look it up.  She walked off without a word and came back to announce it had expired in august. That was impossible since I bought it in July, so she was clearly lieing to me bc how does my name and phone number match a membership that expired in august? I won't be going back based on this experience.

Have a good variety of fabrics, they use to have a better variety of yarns and skirting patterns.  Was disappointed that they are not offering these anymore.

Incredible variety of fabrics. Good prices. A little overwhelming for novices. Staff doesn't exactly jump out to help you.
