This place does a great job.  My vet recommended cuz one of my dogs has sensitive skin and gets hot spots.  Vet said important to use a groomer that keeps a clean shop and cleans their instruments properly and these gals do both.  They also have treated my dogs with care and tenderness....... even my rescue dog with aggression issues.  My golden retriever thinks it's a day of pampering .... he loves it!

Best grooming place to get your dog or cat groomed in Brenham very friendly staff reasonable prices they always do awesome job!! I would recommend anyone to take their dog or cat there!!

I use to go there for a few years but this last time I was very upset not with the person who groom my Yorkies. I have a 14 year old Yorkie who has seizures and ask could I please pick them up at 12:30 or 1:00. She said yes not a problem but when I got there the door was lock and I called because you could see them n there and I believe it was the owner I talk to and told me yes they are done but I would have to come back at 2:30. They do not have pick up in between 12:30 to 2:30. That does not make any sense. If they are done than let me have my dogs. I talked with the groomer and she said it was okay. Will not be back and I am sure they don't care but I have 5 Yorkies and I guess you got enough business you don't need mine!!!

Horrible.....walked in with a rescue that was in terrible need of a grooming and some humans to show her that there are humans that care! Not this place....was turned down and my rescue treated like the plague......sad. Never again....1st step grooming gets all if my animals business!!

My dogs love this place! Stephanie is awesome with long hair large dogs! I have GSDs and they love her!
