I give it a high rating because I do like the food.  However, the waiters and waitresses are really bizarre.  I had placed my order and was looking at my iPhone to look up where the nearest Home Depot was because I needed to go there after eating my breakfast.  I asked my waitress what the zip code was of Factor's because I needed to enter the zip code of where I was to see where the nearest Home Depot was.  She proceeded to act like that was the dumbest, most bizarre question of all-time.  She made some stupid remark that "In all the years I have worked here, that is the most bizarre question I have ever been asked."  What was the zip code of the restaurant?  Whatever.....take the stick out of your ass lady.  You are a waitress.  I'm sure you have seen and heard much more disturbing than being asked what is the zip code of the restaurant.

Factor's Famous Deli put together a fantastic spread for our lunch following my mom's memorial. It made a difficult day so much easier. Mom would have loved it.

The only thing fancy about Factor's Deli is the valet parking service. The food is great. The service is awesome. I went there recently after a bout of the flu because I was craving matzo ball soup. It was good - not too salty. The portions are generous. I used to come to Factor's on a regular basis for their Chinese Chicken Salad. Which is one of the best I've had. The prices are comparable to other deli's such as Jerry's Deli or Greenblatt's.

Really enjoyed the Pastrami, Turkey, Bagel with Lox. Found this restaurant to be so much nicer than Nate and Al's. So delicious you will be back for more.
