I love Factory Direct Marine & RV so much! Customer service is so excellent! The service techs are probably the most skilled, qualified people I've ever had the honor to meet in my life! I will most definitely return for all my boating and RV needs. I can't wait till the summer time so I can go out in my new razor. GO DAWGS!!!

Worst group of people I have ever delt with. Service is nonexistent, had my boat 4 months fixing minor issues and I bought it brand new. The director of operations wouldn't even come meet my wife after an 8 hour drive to get the boat only to find out nothing was fixed other than a latch and simple radio mount. The quality of boats suck. The use the cheapest cheap parts available. Do not buy a boat from these people. Stick with a big name brand with a warranty!!  This boat will be sold asap!

Boat n rv in americus ga does not honor warranty.  I spent 56k on a razor and they won't respond to emails or call me back.  Will never use them again.
