They know what they're doing, that's for sure. We had two members of our family die within three months of each other, and dealing with FQ was a comfort to us all. They have the answers before you even need to ask. Their rooms are large and expansive-people who came to the calling hours actually hung around because of it's non-claustrophic atmosphere. They aid you at every turn and without putting on a super-gloomy face and making  things more depressing than they already are....

This funeral home provided a beautiful service for my father.  My entire family was so impressed at how attentive, kind, and respectful the staff was.  We will continue using them in the future.  Everything was perfect.

I attended a wake today for my former CO in the Seabees. The home's AC unit had broken, and it was well over a hundred degrees inside. My friend's family was clearly miserable all day, and they seemed to be doing more themselves to take care of it than any employee of the funeral parlor. I even overheard employee telling someone on the phone that it was fine, and no one minded. Which wasn't the impression that I got at all. A beautiful service  was ruined by oppressive heat.
