This has always been a special gem in our community. The prices are so reasonable.  The seating is very comfortable with surround sound. The Personnel is so kind and efficient. The popcorn, well that is a weakness of mine👱‍♀️

My favorite local theater. Great prices on food & tickets. Note that food is cash only but you can use plastic for tickets. Great sound system! And friendly staff.

I have enjoyed watching movies at Fair Oaks Theater for over 50(yikes!) years and now I take my grandkids!  I love that it still has the feel of the "good ole days small town family run business".  Great atmosphere, prices and snacks. Love this place!
