I know things are not perfect. It isn't easy running any City. But every time I've had to have dealings here, they have always been helpful. I respect the fact that Mayor Avery has some good people working with him. And I truly love the fact that they go above and beyond, since he has been in office once again, to continuously do community events to try to bring people together. Also-While living in PTL Apts, I had to engage with the Fairburn Police several times,at the station and at home. Each and every time, every Officer I dealt with, was kind, courteous, helpful, and respectful ,to me and my family. It helps an area when people have opportunities to get to know each other. I see there's been issues with water breaks and power outages, but look around this state- it happens every where. Not excusing it. But as frustrating as it is, things happen. Keep raising the bar for Fairburn ‼
Always friendly and respectful service. Merry Christmas to Everyone that works there.
The City of Fairburn permit office is unorganized, unprofessional, and extremely lazy. The girl who works in the permit office does the bare minimum to get a paycheck and refuses to answer the phone or return phone calls. This jurisdiction is definitely one of the worst to have to do business with. Shame on you City of Fairburn.
My car had a problem which made it uncomfortable for me to drive, leaving me stuck on the side of the highway . Frazzled, searching through my phone . A miracle from God Himself . FF Wade, FF Gaskins, and Sgt. Craig pulled over, ready to assist in any way needed . They were able to safely guide me back to the station where the minor problem could be solved . Very thankful for them , they definitely helped to lift a burden off my shoulders ! Great men , thank you for your service.
Had a problem getting temporary services on for an inspection and Jeanette W is the bomb!! So helpful and kind it shocked me after getting the run around from so many others!!
Very nice people working in city hall.
Very bad service, I lost three days of work and I still don't have service.
