I had a great resolution of my case and could not have done it without Kim at Fairclaim. From the beginning she and her legal staff were quick to answer my many calls and questions and emails. I could not have navigated the work comp system and legalities without them. I am a very satisfied client.

They received a settlement offer and when I wanted to accept it they tried to get me to renegotiate the percentage. When I refused they said i wasn't getting the settlement and they were going to put a lien on it. I still haven't received a dime. DO NOT HIRE THESE CROOKS!

terrible to the power of 10,000...my wife nearly lost three fingers at work....our representative, the Fair Claim lawyer, played his harmonica at her final hearing at the request of opposition and then they had a good laugh......I could add lots more but this sets the tone
