The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The internet is free and not too slow compared to other hotels. The Breakfast isn't bad, just your typical continental breakfast. The staff is awesome. They're super nice and very accommodating.

The young man that helped us out - Chris I believe was awesome! He had all my items I requested at mobile check in ready as well as our keys. It was appreciated since we got in late and was tired. The room was great and breakfast was good.

my aun"t got a room because I had surgery and had also been very depressed..I WAS allowed to check in after she added my name to the reservation but the next morning .they treated me like garbage,saying she had to call to add my name,once she did ..they then said she had to bring her id in..excuse me..apparently people have stolen accounts of others..well it wasn't me and to treat me like that after allowing me to do so the first night is completely disrespectful and just shows they don't care about customers and are completely ABOUT CAUSING DRAMA!! THEN the front desk manager says I STAYED there before,no I haven't ..I have been there before to visit several times but didn't stay..I had to place my items in the managers office for whoever to steal to wait to be picked up because I can't drive,I also had to pack several bags and lift several items after just having surgery two days ago.they also said I had to switch to a smaller room even though I had a reservation(WHICH IS HOW THE FRONT DESK MANAGER SAID TO DO IT)..but apparently MY AUN'T AND I should have known I had to switch..how..No one called from front desk and it was going on 2:30 when I called downstairs and no housekeeper contacted me either..SO DO YOURSELF A FAVOR UNLESS YOU WANT SLEEPLESS NIGHT,LYING STAFF ,AND TO BE MADE TO FEEL LIKE A UNWANTED VISITOR....DON'T ..DON'T DON'T STAY HERE!! IF I COULD GIVE NO STARS I WOULD!!

Great service and staff. Sucks there's only one washer and dryer for the whole hotel but they do offer a dry cleaning service if you can afford it. Location is great since it's located next to various different places to eat and shop.
