The two Super Ladies at the Front Desk were amazing at our check in, very welcoming, caring and such a blessing to meet after a long road trip going home. Debbie and Corette made our stay extra special; thank you! Also, we were very impressed with the exceptional breakfast and the lady who served in the area. She had a very sunny, happy attitude. We found this hotel stay to be marvelous for the incredible people that work there who are so welcoming and accommodating! Thank you!

Got bumped from the whirlpool king room at first with no explanation, just a "sorry" from the front desk clerk. Subsequent staff member explained a bridal party had been given my room. Still not ok, but they took $ off my room rate, which at least precluded a corporate complaint. Hotel room was nice. Pool and hot tub decent. Questionable whether I'd stay here again.

Service was non-existent. I called for additional pillows and was told I had to come to the front desk to get them myself. They did not clean our room for the first 3 days of our stay, and only started cleaning the room after complaining about it twice. We had to take towels from the pool area just to shower on those days, because the two times I tried to get towels the front desk was unoccupied for 20+ minutes. And the icing on the cake was after all of that we had giant cockroaches in the room the whole time. Fairfield properties are obligated by corporate policy to provide a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee, but whenever I would complain, I was told by a person there named Leslie that she "understood my frustrations but needed to speak with the General Manager to get some resolution." Turns out Leslie was the GM the entire time and was lying to avoid assisting me. Made numerous attempts to call and dispute things, including escalating it to Marriott Customer Care, but it seems nobody at Marriott actually wants to hold their employees accountable. So I'm left to eat the cost of a supposedly "100% satisfaction guaranteed" hotel stay, when it was quite literally the worst hotel I've ever visited. I could have paid $10/night at a motel up the street and received better service than I did here. They're horrible, the complimentary breakfast was a total joke, and they lie to their customers to avoid doing any work themselves. No accountability, and never once tried to make things right. DO NOT STAY HERE.

The location is pretty good, it's right of the highway, near a gas station, stores, and restaurants. Beds are comfortable, there is ample space in the two bed suits for a couple people to stay a handful of days. It is a nice place to stay for sure.
