The Marriott is very reliable for clean and comfortable accommodation. The free hot breakfast is better than other places I've stayed. The standard in room microwave and refrigerator are nice amenities even if they do make the room seem a bit crowded. I was happy to find a new television with Internet, so I could sign into my own Netflix and Hulu accounts. The one drawback on this trip was the 2 AM fire alarm going off. Staff gave no guidance or explanation, we just awoke in shock, quickly exited the building using the fourth story stairwell and then walked around front to see everyone going immediately back in. I feel the staff should've done/said more.

The common areas are nice and updated, the hotel is very clean overall and stuff is nice. The room was a bit dated and oddly arranged. The bed was older and spring-y but not uncomfortable. Would come here again.

Location is longish walking distance from downtown Kennett Square. Arrived late and night desk attendant was friendly and fast. Room was clean and had a nice TV. Bed had many pillows, but could have used firmer options. Lawn care crews started work earlier than I would have preferred since I was sleeping in (0700ish). Breakfast was free and had many options, eggs, meats, yogurt, and fruit.

Expensive for the size of the room. Crowded breakfast but good choices, hot scrambled eggs & sausage, cold cereal & fresh fruit. Very friendly & helpful staff.

The rooms still smell like new! This is one nice hotel.
