Awesome receptionist the evening of 10/28/17. She was so friendly, welcoming and patient with us. We had booked our room for the wrong day and she made everything go so smooth and well and fixed our error for us. Room was great nice and clean. Staff was very friendly. Very happy with our stay!

The hotel is nice but nothing special. The hot tub was closed when we went, but I am sure it was just a fluke. Relatively nice location in Omaha and big bonus points for not charging for parking.

Grandchildren,  daughter,  and mom thoroughly enjoyed their experience.  3 year-old grandson cried when he learned we were leaving and said, "Grandma,  please let me stay at the hotel-pleeeez!"  I assured him we'd do it again next Friday.  😊

This location was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The shuttle service was convenient to get around, a valuable service when the hotel was a little bit from downtown. Room was clean and quiet. No complaints. Definitely recommended.

Acceptable hotel with nice clean rooms.  Right next to train tracks.  A little bit away from heart of Downtown.  Walking distance to the baseball stadium.  Free shuttle to downtown and airport.
