Horrible manager rude and unprofessional. My company booked us rooms there and they needed a card on file. They ended up charging me and my company for the two nights we stayed. And they haven't answered me back.

The people were great and the place is like new. The breakfast was outstanding and ready on time. The room was clean and spacious. I would stay here again.

Cleaning service is a joke, even if you tip. I tipped 5$ one day (didn’t have anything smaller), they threw away my soap and shampoo and didn’t leave new ones. Floor was not vacuumed and trash bins were not emptied. Management doesn’t care and won’t do anything to improve service.

I spend about 25 weeks a year in motels traveling for work and have been doing this for about 20 years. This motel has the worst service I have ever experienced. We stayed six nights and housekeeping only came to our rooms once during our entire stay and that was at 5:45 pm. We had to to leave the room so they could clean it which I understand the policy but who wants to work all day and then get back to your room to relax and then have to leave so it can be cleaned? How difficult is it to clean rooms before noon like every other establishment in America? The vast majority of people staying here are working in the oilfield and are gone from their rooms by 7 am if not earlier. I complained to the front desk several times about the lack of housekeeping and was always told they are still here working, we will check into it, you can go find them if you want, etc. It is a shame this is a very new and nice place but the service sucks. $200 a night and can't even get new towels or the trash can emptied. I feel sorry for the owners. They had to spend a fortune building this place only to have it ran so poorly.

I have stayed here a ton of times for work. The rooms are always clean. The staff is always helpful.
