I rented from Fairhaven Storage last summer and had a great experience! I made a reservation that was available for me to move-in the day I set up, I repaid till Fall term started & never a had a single problem!!! It is very secure, clean and nice employees!!! I had such a good experience that I already made my reservation for this summer!!! Thank you so much for making summers away zero stress for me :)

I have rented at Fairhaven Storage for 3 years.  The management is friendly and responsive.  We also found the rates to be very competitive.  I live on the south side and their location is great for me!

I would highly recommend Fairhaven Storage to anyone seeking a safe, well run facility.  I found the front desk personnel helpful, accommodating and extremely flexible and understanding. The pricing is fair, and the ability to monitor your account and pay online was very useful.

Every aspect of my 5 month interaction with Fairhaven storage went well - they were always there during posted hours, the unit was clean and well lit, moving carts were provided, and billing notices and receipts were always received via email on time.  

Given my experience, I would not hesitate using them again.

My daughter rented here.  We found the prices to be very competitive and the staff very friendly.  Highly recommend it!

I rented a unit for thirteen days and had about $2,000 dollars in guitar equipment stolen. I called a couple of days in advance to let them know I would be removing my stuff. When I got there, someone had cut my lock (it was gone) and stole a lot of my stuff. The lady that works there said she checked all the units the day prior and everything was fine. She figured it must have happened between six  in the evening the night before to just before I got there. I was also informed that the storage facility was not liable for the theft. I did not opt for the insurance because I thought "What could happen in two weeks right?". I have used other storage facilities for years and never had a problem. I called the police and they came and filed a report, I contacted all the pawn and music shops but no luck. Well, I'm out $2,000 because I didn't pay the $6 insurance.  I am writing this review to let people know if you rent a unit get the insurance because you will not be compensated for anything stolen. And if the person who stole my stuff is reading this, the recording studio you stole from me had a song on it with one of my best friends and I playing. He passed away a couple of months ago and I was really excited about getting the studio out of storage and listening to the recording. I was also gonna give a copy of it to his sister. Too bad people can't go out and earn money to buy their own things like the majority. Losers!
