First... Avoid Mondays... 

You go into office and sign up on a list, if you are later than 9am, you will be placed on a list and told to come back after 1230. If you are from out of state, be prepared to spend your day here. They have a few employees, which translates to 3 or so by the time they all do there lunch and breaks. Do not go there at 11am and expect to get done. Vehicle license alone took 3 hours. Day #2 A Wednesday, arrived at before 9am, told morning list was full. Placed on afternoon list which was already half full and told to come back at 12:30. Came back, waiting until 3pm, told computers just went down and they had to wait till the came back up. Gave up at this point.

Worst Service I've ever seen. Rude lady in person and on phone. Good thing they are working a government job.
