My company shopped our insurance with 5 brokers at our last renewal and Fairmont was the last to the race.  We didn't think that they would bring anything to the table, but they ended up being the cheapest.  So we bought the policy through them for our family entertainment center and the service is stellar.

After some of the reviews on Google are not very descriptive, I wanted to provide a more in-depth review of my experiences with Fairmont. 
After having several bad experiences with brokers, we decided to give Fairmont Insurance a chance. We have been customers for about two years.

The Pros:
They are a local company, with a dedicated sales rep that answers our questions and addresses all issues we may have.
The sales reps are very interested in keeping your business, which means several late night and early morning responses to critical concerns.
A dedicated email for certificates of insurance, with 99% of our certificates issued within a couple of hours.

The Cons:
During holiday periods, their turnaround times for emails are delayed.
When employees leave their position or company, there is a choppy sticky point as the new person takes over.
Auto insurance claims and issues can take quite some time for their review, but not sure if that is their fault or the auto company.

If you are a construction or service business, with hundreds or thousands of COIs issued each year, this is a solid company to use and you will not be disappointed.

This is the worst company of brokers do not use this company this guys will not help you in anything they start doing a good job for you and after a few monts this guys will leave alon doing your own things if you don't want to have any headache for no reason do not use fairmont insurance  this is the worst chose that you can make in your life  this guys are scams
Bad option to put your like on Their hands this guys are unprofessional they not even know what they are doing they just want your money and they they not will do anything for you ....

Do not use this company for your insurance 
This is the worst compny that I ever use
