I was promised a 3rd floor apartment and then had to settle for a second floor apartment because the leasing agent didn't tell me that it was already taken.  Basically I was baited and switched.  Took $60 in application fees and then denied me due to a "civil action" that involved a domestic violence issue and a scorned ex.  I had 3 successful leases in my rental history since that "civil action" without an issue paying my rent.  If they can find a reason to deny you THEY WILL.  If they deny 10 people each month it generates $600 in income.  Keep that in mind and don't waste your time applying here.  My credit is in the mid 600s and I have a masters degree.  Just saying...

After a month of living here, I have no complaints. The apartment is spacious and affordable and the staff I've interacted with have been friendly and helpful.

Decent and clean apartment. Never had an issues with maintenance. Nice landscape. Despite of having Little creaking issues we loved the apartment.

I live in a 2 bed 2 bath, renovated apartment. The rent is pretty decent for a 1,250 sq. Ft. Apartment. There aren't a lot of places that offer such a big kitchen as they do in this apartment. The balcony sizes are pretty good too. I personally love the layout of the apartment as the two bedrooms are spread apart from each other. 

I haven't had a lot of issues with maintenance as most of the items and appliances in my apartment are new, but for whatever issues I've had, the management has been really quick to respond and have it taken care of.

Personally, I love the location of this apartment complex as well. It is close to 3 major highways, a lot of grocery stores, and is pretty central to a lot of interesting places around.

Please note: The lease renewal rate is variable depending on the market value. Mine increased by $50 a month after living here for a year.

Not trustworthy. They will promise you to provide apartment. Then call you next day and will increase the rent.
