Very nicely decorated and a convenient location. Staff was very friendly the rooms were clean. They even left a Christmas stocking at our door as it was Christmas Eve. Lots of cool Christmas decorations Christmas trees and other airport themed decorations. Heard live music and saw the restaraunt, but it was quite busy so did not eat there. I booked my hotel room minutes after finding out my flight was cancelled and was able to stay there within the hour on Christmas Eve.

Fast check-in and out. Stayed for 2 days of meetings, food was fantastic with lots of delicious vegetarian options. You can't hear the planes even though they're right there. Very nice rooms. And if you're just looking to freshen up during a long lay-over, you can pay $20 and use the gym, pool, shower facilities. Sky-train access is also very convenient.

I had an afternoon tea here. The service was great. I loved the tea, scones and sandwiches a lot. The dessert was half decent. It was kind of simple afternoon tea.

Hotel and the room was nice. The restaurant needs some work though. I found the serving staff to be rather slow and I had to keep beconing for service. If my drink is empty and I'm paying a premium for it, I would imagine that the staff would want to offer a refill more frequently to increase their guest check (aka make more tips!). I ordered the burger and noticed my lettuce had dirt on it and it was limp. I don't mind paying for a well prepared meal but this is someone simply being lazy and not washing lettuce. In a restaurant such as this I was honestly surprised by such poor execution. Sadly, it wasn't even busy at the time I ate there. If it was really busy I could accept a mistake like this..

This hotel is gorgeous! Try to get a room on the side where you can watch the planes take off and land, it's definitely better than the view on the other side. The bar downstairs is it super pricey but drinks are awesome.
