This clinic has always been responsive to phone calls and in-person visits.  The staff, all of the staff, go above and beyond in caring for the patients with respect and dignity.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND $$$ GO TO ANOTHER CLINIC PLEASE PLEASE
I am not over reacting just a small town proactive person trying to help you because you will not get it form her!  after waiting a hour with no warning dr was running behind. (What ever it happens..)  I had the worse bed side manners ever given to me from a dr " Dr Folake" she is in my opinion is one of the worst dr. I have ever seen! not only did I get the up- down ..up- down gaze from her when explaining my symptoms and concerns. she had no prior knowledge of why I was there
(she must have not even glanced at my chart.) Then after she asked me why I was their? She kept cutting me off as I was explaining to her 
and I felt like she already made up her mind that I didn't have what I was telling her I what I thought I had. She seem to not care to much of my opinion on my health and when I question her response of what could be my health concerned..she got defensive and had to go grab another person to better explain what she already told me.. I felt out numbered and PATIENT PRIVACY VIOLATED! looking up my chart and past labs talking to me about my visit in front of this person.  How she gets away with this on a daily basis is beyond me. I could see if I was some kind of drug seeking crazy person but that was not the case I just wanted a simple lab done that I had done there before. so she refused my lab said they couldn't do it at least 5 times then after she brought the other person in to tell me they couldn't do the lab. 
I finally gave up and said "that's fine but I did have it done here before" they looked it up then said oh! I guess you did ..
DUHA !!! then she said:" they wont test if they feel its unnecessary ... but ill send it in any way." (great thank you that's all I wanted I told her )   
then few days latter waiting for my results (feeling sicker) I called to get them .. guess what ..they didn't send it in! And the nurse told me oh
 she said she told you she couldn't send it in ...

Terrible experience they don't have a clue what they are doing! Avoid avoid avoid! Save your life go some where else!
