The place is amazing, nice quiet and relaxing with great breakfast. I accidentally left my hanging clothes in the closet! I called and they shipped them back before I made it home from my vacation! Great people. HIGHLY recommend

Great table service and elegant setting. Nice for a local romantic getaway. Room had fireplace and comfortable bed. Water leaked through one of the window frames in bedroom ruined coffee and tea tray. Mentioned it to an employee and was ignored.

Had a great time. Easy check in, polite staff tour, got a free room upgrade since a suite was open. Nice and quiet for our stay but they do lots of weddings and receptions. Breakfast was great southern style fare. More professional than the usual B&B since they have a kitchen staff. Library lounge was classy. Small but good staff and prices. We didn't try the restaurant but it was empty during our stay.

The Fairview Inn is such a lovely place to have an event.  From the outside patio for cocktails to the spacious dining area for an incredible steak dinner (fork tender) this place can not be matched.  We had a company event with 65 people.  We were all fed in a timely manner and no one had to send their steaks back for not being cooked properly.  I love this place as the staff there is also so easy to work with.

Wonderful atmosphere. Very old south! There are so many different settings throughout the grounds of the hotel that accommodate to whatever mood your feeling. My wedding was that night and it was lively, whimsical fun with friends, family, and dancing. The next morning was quaint and peaceful enjoying a breakfast in the carriage room! We will be back every year for our anniversary!
