I like this place, they have a selection of items that you don't find so easily and their sales prices are very good

It is a good smaller grocery store that also sells Chinese food.  My only complaint is the salad bar condition.  It is not looking the freshest. Too bad because others would frequent more often.

The best to get my vegetables and sauces in Nanaimo.  They have many things i cant find anywhere else.
