This store is one of the few gems in Prince Georges County! The employees are amazingly nice and the store is kept clean and maintained very nicely. If you have any special request, they can possibly get them in for you! They go above and beyond to ensure that you have a comfortable shopping experience. On Tuesday all wine that is not already on sale is 10% off. Another awesome thing is that they offer 20% case discount off 12 bottles of the same wine and 15% for a mixed case. I will definitely keep coming back. Very pleased.

The owners are also exceptional.

Nice wine selection, prices not bad.  Staff can be rude and/or indifferent sometimes (younger staffers)

The staff is nice and offered help to my car. Though it was not needed, I thought that was pretty cool.

They have always been very nice and helpful to me!  And they have had pretty much everything I have been looking for on more occasions then not!

Neighborhood wine shop; if you're polite, then they are.  Realistically, if people want change in service, then let them know and stop shopping there until you receive the service you feel is deserved.   At the same time, please include the employees at Safeway in the same shopping area who aren't always friendly either.
