Story

Faith Christian School provides a unique learning experience. We are the only school in the Roanoke Valley to offer a distinctively Christian and classical education. Students need not choose between having a faith-based education and a strong, challenging academic experience. Faith and reason thrive within the walls of Faith Christian School.

The mission of Faith Christian School is to provide a Christ-centered classical education of academic excellence, spiritual depth and moral integrity which will prepare students for godly participation in their society and promote loyalty to God and country.

Simply the best choice we could have made for our son.  Hands down, the greatest single decision we made in raising him.  It was worth the sacrifice, the driving across town, the financial strain.  They don't indoctrinate.  They teach the children to think, to reason, to know what they believe and why.  I can't say enough about this place.  Well worth your consideration.

FCS is an excellent private Christian school that teaches in the classical manner. The administrative staff is well-trained, and their communication and organizational skills are some of the best that I have experienced in both a private and public school setting. The teachers are vested in each child and tend to their spiritual needs as well as their physical, mental, and social needs. We have been very pleased.

Wonderful school providing a rigorous and healthy learning environment. Fantastic teacher to student ratio which really helps students develop strong bonds with their teachers. There is no other school like this in the Roanoke area!

My daughter is in her 2nd year at Faith.  I switched her from CS because of bullies.  She is becoming more confident with the moral support she is given by the personel and the other students at Faith Christian School. They are wonderful, caring people!

Outstanding education.  I've sent four kids to this school and they were taught more than just content, they were taught how to learn for themselves.  You won't find stronger teachers in the Roanoke Valley than at this school.  Worth every penny.
