I've been here once. I met Dr. Paredes and she was great. She took her time getting to know my husband and I. She was kind. The receptionists are nice. I've requested a referral before and unfortunately no one knew anything about it. So that was upsetting. I'd say get the name of the person you speak to ALWAYS. Because it's alot of "I didn't say that" going on. The blood work is done in the same facility so I appreciate that and young lady that takes the blood work is amazing! She is the sweetest. Another thing the WAIT TIME IS HORRIBLE! Prepare to be there for more than 2-3 hours. Unfortunately you will wait long hours. I feel there are tok many patients for the few doctors available.
