Falcon Insurance Agency of Houston provides Aircraft Insurance and they are the best! The agency the last four people wrote about was some agency located in Illinois. We love our aviation agency!

This insurance company is a scam. They basically provide liability insurance(no uninsured motorist coverage/Personal Injury protection even) to a certain demography based on my research in Texas(also present in 2 other states, but Texas constitutes more than 75% of their business). The insured mostly have fictitious names, addresses and phone numbers. So if you are ever hit by a Falcon insured(even worse than uninsured since by law the car which hit you was insured) start preparing to file a law suit. With fictitious names and contact details on the insurance, their investigation will never yield any results and they reject claims saying the driver is not insured since his name is not on the policy(DL will have a different name). I inquired with Texas Dept of Insurance and I was told there were officially 45 such complaints against them in 2016. Long story short, Falcon representatives will tell you their insured is not cooperating and buy time until you stop calling them. They will change adjusters every week so that each adjuster can say he needs his own sweet time for investigation(For e.g.. "I received the file only yesterday"). If the victim only has Liability coverage be prepared to repair the vehicle out of pocket. Another part of this scam is when you repair the vehicle out of your pocket they will try to settle(only if you have solid proof like Police report etc) for half the expense claiming their network of bodyshops would do it for that amount. It's surprising that such a company is allowed to do business. I have decided to present all the evidence I have gathered before law.

A month ago I was hit by a falcon insurance policy holder, I have only heard from the once. They have not returned any of my phone calls. This is a terrible business practice. My next step is to take legal action. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS FALCON INSURANCE.

1 week and still there has been no resolution. Anyone who willingly does business with these people are obviously missing a few marbles, just like the idiot who came off a side street crossing 3 lanes to pull out in front of me when I was traveling quickly off an exit ramp. There is a survlience video with all the proof needed to settle the case. But why do that when they can drag their feet and get my insurance to step up to the plate instead? Every time I call I am unable to reach anyone. I am forced to leave messages that do not get returned for days. I have sent emails that do not get returned or answered as well. Seriously, avoid Falcon at all cost. They seem to be a fly-by-night insurance group. I feel sorry for anyone who is forced to deal with them. At this point I am wondering if they are even a valid insurance company. We will know someday. Maybe.
