This is a very nice car wash.  First one I have been that the soap foam brush gives enough soap to really wash the dirt off car. We also liked the blower feature.

Never fails. I go there weekly (since they've opened) but am frustrated each time. The way the mechanical part works, it tells the next car up to enter before the bay is clear. As I try and dry my car at the end,  nearly every single time the next car enters the bay the second I pull under the drier. All the water jets activate with unfiltered water blowing through and on my car. I sit under the drier for nearly 2 minutes trying to dry my car in this spotty storm of water. I even pay for the most expensive wash and my car is spotted up by the next person too impatient to use their common sense and not enter an occupied wash! I've had people activate the second set of big jets as I'm on my last 45 seconds and water and prewash spray all over my car while the drier is still on! 

I called the number on the pay box when the carwash was brand new and this had happened 5 different times already. I did speak to the owner who seemed to be a very nice man. He said he'd tried to get it mechanically fixed to not activate the green,  enter bay light, but they had failed to resolve this glitch. I suggested an easier & cheaper fix by changing the sign to 'do not enter bay until completely empty' . I'm not saying 100% of the people would read this,  but if even half did,  it would be a significant improvement. Unfortunately, the owner didn't want to do this. Just said,  no one would pay attention so he didn't see a point. 
I was there again yesterday and again the same thing happened. I'd already been in the wash when someone pulled up. Then she proceeded to pull in the second I pulled up to the drier and then continued on in right behind me in those last 45 seconds when all the presoak jets came on. I was furious!  I have had enough. I spend no less than $50 a month at this place. The owner knows there's an issue. He even told me he's had the same thing happen to him when he goes through and is testing it. The fact that he hasn't bothered to even put up a sign is very disappointing to me. 
I have decided I'll just get my car washed in St. George as we go there every weekend anyway. I wanted to keep as much of my business local as possible...  I live in the Moapa Valley and consider Mesquite a sister community. But I can't justify the expense or the anger that inevitably comes up each time it happens and I've thrown away my money once again at this car wash. 
Every trip is like a gamble... Will a car pull up after I start? Will they pull in and screw me out of my drier time and spot free wash... Just like the casino the odds are NEVER in my favor. I lose every single time. Tired of losing and being angry.  Going elsewhere. I have given the owner ample time and my money to have fixed this issue. Obviously, it's not a priority.

12/8/17 Needed a wash desperately due to parking under a tree. Hoped the issue had been fixed. Nope. Didn't even get 10 seconds into the dry cycle before the guy beind me pulled in and started the undercarriage wash! I had to exit fast with a wet car so the non filtered spray would not get onto my car. Before I enterd the wash there was an suv drying and I waited until it exited,  but the voice told me no less than  3 times "wash is ready, please enter now"... Grrrr. I hate wasting money! Shame on me for thinking there might have been a resolution.

This car wash seemed to have it all, multiple standard Bays for manual washing, they also have automatic Bays for drive-through car washing. And also a high Bay to allow for larger rigs.
