Christian and his staff are amazing!!! He made a very difficult time much easier. He was available 24/7 to help us with whatever we needed. He treated us like family.

My brother passed away suddenly a little over a week ago.  I live out of state, but my daughter lives in Gilbert, so she helped me make some phone calls to decide what funeral home to use.  She called Falconer Funeral Home late in the evening and got an answer right away.  She said that they were so kind and caring and he just made her feel comfortable in a very sad time.  She called other funeral homes, but they were more business-like and all about adding extra expenses that seemed to come standard with Falconer's packages.  We chose to go with Falconer and did not for one minute regret our decision.  Christian and his assistant Madison made us feel comfortable from the minute we stepped into their funeral home.  They were professional, but at the same time very caring and helped us understand the process of death and made a difficult and sad situation, not nearly so painful.  They were prompt in getting back to me about some issues that arose and just helped us get through this sad time.  He got the permits for us to transport the casket to Northern Arizona for the burial and provided a casket cover to help protect it as we traveled.  Madison got us death certificates within 3 days.  Because Christian didn't actually do the burial, he called us later that evening to make sure that we had made it to our destination safely.  I couldn't be happier about the caring service rendered to our family and would highly recommend them.

The owner was very helpful and kind to our needs. I liked the family owned feeling and the kindness that they treated my son when he passed away.

Christian Timothy, is without a doubt a man of excellence, character and a calming effect during a difficult situation. The friendly staff of falconer funeral home will go above and beyond anything that your family needs before, during and after funeral services have been performed.  Their goal is to make this as stress-free and worry free time as possible for you and your family.  Without a doubt if you want a caring homestyle excellent funeral home you cannot go wrong with this one

The recent passing of my mother prompted my brother and I to choose a funeral home to help us process our final goodbyes. We selected Falconer Funeral Home, first and foremost, because pricing was fair, and priced under that of the competitors in this market. Money did not seem to be an issue, instead, we were met with the most courteous, loving, compassionate care in our time of need. The professionalism, organizational skills, and knowledge of the Funeral Director greatly reduced our stress during this time. I would highly recommend Falconer Funeral Home, should you find this to be your misfortune.
