I don't know why I have an unlimited car wash membership here. I can never use it!  The past 3 times I tried to get a car wash they've been closed. Today I drove there at 4:30pm and they were closed. Very disappointed. They should have better hours and should not close spontaneously whenever they feel like it.

I have subscribed to one of the monthly plans. Today I went straight after work to get the car washed and the place was closed. I was there around 5:30, I thought that the car wash was supposed to be open until 6pm. Will try again sometime this week...

Cancelled my membership "successfully" over the phone & was told I would not be charged again and they are still charging my card. Great scam! Will not ever be coming here again or referring anyone!

I love their monthly plans. I bought one for each vehicle. Best place to wash your car in our area.

ZIP, ZILCH, ZERO STARS!!! I HAD to give a star in order to comment.....otherwise, I would NOT HAVE given a star!!!! 

I brought my car to get an oil change and upon examination by the tech he recommended a transmission flush...
I allowed the service only to find out, through the malfunction of my transmission, that the tech put 3 QUARTS TOO MUCH fluid....i brought my car back and the Asst Manger acknowledged that the service was done incorrectly. He then extracted the excess fluid, drove my car, where he experienced the transmission not changing gears. AFTER 2 flushes, my car was able to reach 50 mph.  He told me drive it and if the car still had an issue bring it back.  Unfortunately,  my transmission refused to gain speed on highway 59, causing me to pull over and call AAA. The next day,  I came and notified the Asst Manager and he gave me some customer complaint form and told me Sean (in the Benz) or Sonny would be getting back with me because he has no authority to do anything. I have been there weekly, still no response . ...To add insult to injury, I pay $90 monthly to get 3 vehicles washed.  

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL FALL CREEK residents not allow this place to profit...the ownership is negligent and does not do its due diligence,  staff undertrained, underpaid and underappreciated. 

Let me make this perfectly clear, I have no problem with the employees who work hard to provide a quality service, this is about an OWNER, who has no Manager, but has an Asst  Mngr with no authority. MOREOVER , an OWNER,  who ignores his paying patrons  and thinks by ignoring them, then the issue will go away.... Oh, but to the contrary....(Certified Mail will explain)

Now Sean, respond to this comment....as a matter of fact,  go check your records, you have my name...see if I'm lying or exaggerating or embellishing....

AGAIN, DON'T MESS WITH THIS PLACE!!
