I waited a full year after purchase to post this review to also review their warranty handling.
Building process was awful, Fall Creek wasn't very attentive to the process.  Almost impossible to get a hold of anyone before closing.
After we got the key, we had random people visiting us to finish last minute things (putting in the door lock on the front door).  The cleaning crew showed up the day after we moved in (and believe me, the place was DUSTY and dirty.  The tub was filled with lots of dirt, the walls filled with dust, and dead bugs everywhere) and just left when they saw we were already occupying the home.  
When I called them with warranty requests, they were usually pretty good to respond.  Most of the requests were taken care of.  We bought through Kartchner Homes last time and they took care of every little nook and cranny that we found after.  Fall Creek took care of what was in contract, but if it was out of contract (for example a hole that we found in our wall in a closet downstairs that we missed during the final walk through that they refused to come in and fix), they wouldn't help out.  Understandably so to a degree, so I don't hold it over them.
If you elect to purchase through them make sure to be extremely thorough and babysit the closing process as that for us was an extremely stressful time.
I did receive a letter threatening legal allegation if I didn't remove this review.  I wish anyone who elects to build with them the best of luck as they will try to bully you into saying you had a beautiful and heavenly experience when in reality it was quite awful.  I do  NOT recommend Fall Creek Homes unless you are up for a challenge.
UPDATE: I just want to be clear with the response to the owner.  I made it abundantly clear via the phone and throughout the process my discontent with your processes.  My Realtor/Lender can back it up.  I don't care who required the water test, your feet still dragged on finishing the process when you were originally notified in the very early stages of our contract.  The reason my original review was altered was because you were threatening legal allegation and in a knee jerk reaction it was removed, until my lawyers had reviewed it.  I truly hope everyone takes EXTREME HEED as they look at working with this company because I'll tell you, it was terrible for us.  Also, the house wasn't up to ANYONES standards, it was DIRTY AND FILTHY.  IT.WAS.NOT.CLEANED.   I'll be honest, if I had received an apology for the awful display of customer service we received and the terrible processes your company followed that caused an extreme amount of stress on me and my wife, this review wouldn't even be here.  If you would take some responsibility and try to learn from this, I wouldn't even care about this and be happy to remove the review.  But the price of your pride is greater than the cost of your humility.

For the last 3 years I have lived in an absolutely beautiful home that was built for me by Fall Creek Homes.  The process of working with them, from design to construction to closing was easy and painless.  Unfortunately for me, career opportunities are taking me away from this home I love so much.  I just sold my home and I must say the feedback that I received is incredible.  Everyone that looked at my home commented on the wonderful workmanship of it.  My home only lasted 48 hours on the market, there were 12 showings in that time, I received 3 offers on it, and it sold for WAY more than I paid for it.  I believe that is the true testament to the amazing work that Fall Creek Homes does.
