Yesterday i had the worst experience of my life! I was shopping around with my 2 year old and 6 year old daughter along with my mother, we had about half an hour shopping around when my 2 year old daughter picked up something from the floor and it was glass.It was to late my daughter was bleeding from her thumb and looked around all i can see on the floor was glass. I reached to the contour for help, manager was called over the speaker a few times she never came out till the cashier went to the back to call her. Manager gets there and instead of helping us she claims to say it was my fault for not taking care of my daughter when my daughter was with me at ALL TIMES! I asked her if we could use the restroom to clean her up and she said no and gaved us attitude so i call 911 for help! Manager's name is Lilian and she was extremely rude and didn't care of the situation, PLEASE IF YOU SHOP THERE WITH KIDS BECAREFUL!

Fallas is a good place to do shopping when on a bug etc. HOWEVER the store is pretty filthy and they don't allow the PUBLIC ACCESS to the PUBLIC RESTROOMS!!!!

They have a good selection of items and decent prices. They had a few associates on the floor that passed by but I was never greeted. The store is a little messy but as are all Fallas stores. The only thing I did not like about this location was that they only allowed employees to use their restrooms. I was shopping with my kiddos and ended up having to leave everything and go somewhere else. I would have loved to have just used a restroom there and continued my shopping.
