For no reason they let my doctor go.  Dr. Lovell is an awesome doctor and very thorough.  I will never step foot into that cesspool again.  Failure is what you get now at that filthy clinic.   Don't forget to stay behind the red line until you're asked to come up to the front desk only to be greeted by unhappy assistants.  Remember, you're a burden there now!  Go to a local Urgent Care if you really need to see someone or Temecula emergency room.

I hope they can find someone else with good customer service representative to work at the front office. For one, not all people live in fallbrook are Hispanic! Have the decency to speak to me in English since i don't speak spanish and do not assume that I do. Secondly at least say my name right if you call and yell my name out loud which is Jake not Jack! I corrected you once and then the second time you called me, you called me Jack again! Are you kinda special s----d or what? Minimize your personal life conversation, the world doesn't want to know!!!

And please, WEAR YOUR BADGES correctly so we can identify you! You ask for our identification, so it's just right to show us your name so we will know who we talk to.

Really wish I could give no stars.
Ladies at the front desk are really unhelpful and give a lot of attitude.
Just being there is frustrating.

Had a great first experience. Check in, Dr. Visit, very cordial and helpful. However, Dr. sent two specialist referrals to their referral dept. Initially, one Specialist called but had very inconvenient hours. Called referral dept. and was told "the other girl" was handling my referrals and she was out to lunch. I was sent to her v-mail. It has been two months since my initial visit, so I decided to call. When I call the medical center, the phone is immediately disconnected after the call is placed and no one answers the phone. I contacted my health insurance company to see how they can help me, and was told that the referral has to come from the doctor's office.kmz VERY FRUSTRATING and, needless to say my healthcare is getting to the point of urgent.
