I think saying that I hate this place would be a complete understatement. Literally as I'm writing this someone is letting their child use the connecting wall as a freaking drum set. So it makes it hard to sleep or concentrate in our room. On top of that the staff is blatantly lazy, let me explain: 
-The window sills in the walkway haven't been cleaned for over 5 months. And the reason i know that is because there's a mosquito the size of a 50 cent piece that's been sitting there since shortly after I moved in with my wife. 
-The floors (that got redone a couple months ago) constantly get mag chloride all over them in the winter months and don't go away cause they don't mop. Did I mention they used a cheap contractor who used a bandsaw to cut wood he was holding with his leg? Real accurate cutting there dipshit, that explains why the floors creek like a horror film. 
-They redid the asphalt in the parking lot last summer which was nice for about a month, now there's gigantic potholes. 
-No one can park here, my first car was keyed and my second has so many door dings from these asshats. I've even seen local kids jumping from the hoods and roofs of cars to other cars. I'm not even joking. 
-the washer and dryer system is F*****G STUPID. They took out the coin operated washer and dryer (overpriced anyways) and replaced them with washers and dryers that take a chip card similar to your credit card. But now, they still cost the same (overpriced) and they charge you a fee with your new fancy card. 

Despite that these apartments are in a great location, they are EXTREMELY over priced (bumping our rent on a lease renewal and everything) and extremely unmaintained. I would take/save your money and go elsewhere. Unless you like living in hell, then this place comes pretty close

The apartments themselves aren't bad but the fees can be overwhelming and make it extremely hard to catch up

If I could put 0 stars I would. Absolutely awful place to live. I have lived here for the past 8 months and if I could leave today I would. We were moved into an unfinished apartment that was very clearly not ready for ANYONE to move into. Within a month we noticed a tear in our screen and wasps were getting in. (Big problem when you have 2 small children). It took them 2 months to replace it with yrt another torn screen. Our closet doors have not been installed correctly, out shower does not work properly, our cabinet door fell off when opened, the heating vents were never cleaned, we personally had to replace the shower head and (non existent) faucet head immediately after move in, the grout in the tub had not been finished . We have sent many maintence requests that STILL have yet to be acknowledged. Rent has gone up EVERY month. We had gang members as neighbors, a lady downstairs that continually gets drunk, yells and pounds on our floor.children that congregate in the common stairwells that trash the place. The entire complex smells of pot. There are never any parking spaces, most night I park more than a block away. The list goes on and on. Overall I hope people read this and just are warned off from this hell hole!

Would give no stars if possible the maintenance here is terrible they care way too much about the outside of property and little to none at all about the individual units that we live in we have lived here for 6 months and they have yet to fix a single thing that we requested we have made multiple attempts to contact them when we have maintenance issues but they are never addressed.
