The nicest, kindest, guys ever. And out when I was certain we were going to need a huge fix only to find duct tape in my furnace making a racket 😬 so kind and didn’t make me feel like a idiot for not knowing how to check what the sound was myself. I will be using them for everything here on out.

I highly recommend Family Air.  Replaced the air handler and heat pump in a 4 story condo building.  Replaced the unit on the roof without engaging a crane (the hence forth former-norm for my building). Expertly solved a building wiring problem that affected my install.  Recommended a different size unit (smaller) to more efficiently condition my condo.  Arrived ON time as scheduled, left when the job was complete. I am delighted with the result!

Warren is the best. His crew helped us get our previous house ready for sale. And if Warren can't get to you right away, he'll sometimes walk you through some steps to determine the severity of the issue.

Highly recommended!

Warren the owner was able to take my call on the first 100-degree day of the year and he was kind enough to give me a couple things to check to see if we could avoid the call [and the charge]. When that didn't work his guys were here the next morning first thing and they walked through the potential problems, fixed them and showed me what to look for in the future. Service charge was reasonable, these guys are highly recommended.
