Just purchased a Giant road bike.  I am a complete beginner and they treated me well.  They assembled the bike and set it up on a stand so I could pedal it indoors.  Anthony spent time with me explaining how the shifting system works and fit the bike to my body using specific measurement tools.  I am totally pleased with the purchase and would recommend going to Family Bike for your next bike!

I recently bought a new bike. The service was great and the person who helped me spent about half and hour finding the bike which fit me best. I tried 3 different bikes and got to try out each of them because they allow to ride them outside the store to see how they work. I love the bike they helped me find as I have been riding to and from work which is 10 miles each way and there have been no problems. On my bike they also installed a rack water bottle holders and a kick stand for a good price. So I highly recommend this as the place to choose your bike.

Great experience! Very customer oriented and knowledgeable on specifics. Was able to get my tubeless converted tires to seal when others bike shops weren't. Great turn around time!

Good place,  good service. I was looking for a bike for my wife,  my first choice bike didn't work for her and they worked with me on making an exchange and getting the right bike for her.  Will go here again.
