The staff is very rude. One lady snatches your paper and roughly gives it back. I ask her a simple question because she want say anything. I asked her do I sit or wait and she said have a nice day with an attitude. I asked again and she said no they will call when they get a chance. This office has never been nice. Replace these people with those who are willing to help with great customer service. If they didn't give people a bad vibe things will flow easily for them. The officer was basically the only nice person today just sitting.

DO NOT BOTHER LEAVING A MESSAGE. THEY DO NOT CALL BACK. Can't login. Can't talk to them about it without logging in. The person that answers the phone goes to great lengths to avoid saying anything helpful, such as what organization they are with, how they can help, or who I can be transferred to until I specifically ask, only to find out that I can't speak with anyone. I have to go online, which I can't due to a login issue.

Horrible horrible experience everytime I go here. I actually dread coming here because of how rude the entire staff is. They don’t care if you are struggling or not they won’t help you. Instead they will just tell you to call compass. I even tried to explain that I’ve tried the number already and I get “try it again mam” and then they call up the next client.

I try to always put myself in the shoes of the customer service representative in this office when I go. Whoever is in charge should implement an organized flow of services. It's very disorganized! The voicemail to this office is always full. Another number indicating a call back within 24 hours doesn't happen. This office needs to look at what they're doing wrong and I hope they are aware of that. It will make for happier employees and customers and service will flow smoothly.
