Been going here off and on since July 2003. My first Judge Patricia Donniger "knew all about me" and never asked me any questions BUT, wasn't shy about passing judgement based on her perception before she was finally fired but, damage was done. Later, more damage was done by William Gonzalez who punished me for attempting to teach my kids the Dave Ramsey's 3 envelope system(r). Not buying candy or soda at the movie theater or park and continuing to insist on getting her immigration paperwork into evidence to show motive was enough cause for me to pay $2000.00 to her lawyer for attorneys fees and Gonzalez stated I was a bad co-parent. (Yes, He's the one that Phil Ivey paid $5000 to for a favorable outcome). If I had more confidence in the system I would have filed Biven's Action/ Cases. Loretta Lynch REALLY needs to look at this place. After watching U.S.D.A Loretta Lynch and Trey Howdy, she's not coming.All this place does is improvish society by not handling cases the way they should and showing favoritism. No justice here, just money for the attorneys and wasted time. Anyone sees my kids let them know their father loves and misses them.

Staff here don't know anything keep giving me to many mistakes I been going here since July and the paperwork is always missing something. I'm so sick and tired of this crap.

Went there to file for a Legal name change. My number was called before I could finish the paperwork, the Self-help Center was very helpful with telling me how to fill out my forms correctly. Then how to get them to the right department to be reviewed by Judge. The whole process took about a hour and a half!! Thought I was going to be there at least a couple of hours!! Was very pleased with the staff and the service. I'm new to Las Vegas, been here since July, it's good to know that is a place like the Family Court Self-help Center to help people who can't afford to pay a lawyer!!

We are trying to renew my handicapped son's guardianship papers and the family law web site doesn't work so we can print out the forms. The supervisor never returns my phone calls. It looks like they need a big shake up.
