I always have exceptional service from the moment I walk in to walking out.  Friendly staff always and the Doctor is truly compassionate and understanding to your needs.  Been a patient there for over tens years and truly recommend this office 1,000,000 percent!  5 Star all the way!!!

Nice Dr., but horrible experience. Took my son there twice for wisdom extraction and fillings. My sons teeth hurt to this day from the sharp edged fillings and he had to have them all replaced by a different dentist. When he had wisdom extraction, they made him sit there for 2 hours until the anesthesia kicked in! I would have thought it was just a fluke thing even after twice but I had my teeth cleaned too and the hygienist hurt me so bad by flossing my teeth that I was in pain for days. This all happened in 2015, I had told them twice when they constantly call to get you to come back in that we are going elsewhere and even today I am still getting called by them. I'm glad this dentist works for some of you but our experience was bad enough to put it out there. Please stop calling me!

Going to Family Dental was amazing!!".  The tour of the office was shocking!  My children got to meet the staff before the cleaning. Very friendly and courteous. Coffee and cupcakes available.  Would recommend to all.  Makes you feel like family!! For sure one of a kind. CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU DO NOT ALWAYS SEE!! Never got this experience anywhere.  Great impression on me!!!. I travel from Lafayette Indiana just to bring my three children . They absolutely love it there.  Very very friendly.  Always call to check after the appointment to make sure their experience there was ok.  Also to make sure the kids we're doing great.  I highly recommend!!  You will not regret this decision. It's like family!  Makes you feel at home, water is also offered.  You won't even have to ask!.  I just love THEM!

I am very thankful for the privilege of receiving dental care from this  very professional, knowledgeable and genuinely caring staff. 
They motivate me to make dental health a priority in my life so my smile keeps shining brightly for all to see. Give them a try, trust me, You Won't Regret It!!

In the past, I've dreaded dental visits, but after visiting Dr. Sim, I'm more comfortable.  He and his staff have an excellent "bedside" manner that puts the patient at ease before, during, and after one's visit. Outstanding follow-up and very customer friendly.
