Best Dental experience I ever had my hygienist Zhanna was gentle and kind. Dr. Mandala was amazing and very professional. I was treated like family and would recommend this office to everyone.

To put it bluntly, this office is amazing. From the front desk, to the hygienists, to Dr. Mandala, everyone here is so genuinely friendly, welcoming, and reassuring. I needed a cleaning and a couple of fillings done and everything was done well. I'm not sure I've ever been to a dentist's office where they genuinely cared about making you as comfortable as possible. No, it's not fun having your teeth drilled, but if you need a quick breather or some water, they don't make you feel like you're bothering them as I've experienced as some offices. Everyone takes pride in their work here and it shows. Definitely give this office a visit!

I MUST change my previous 5 star review to a 2. I'm trying to be realistic, but I'm so angry that I would like to give it 0 stars. There are some wonderful people working here, but that doesn’t make up for what happened to my husband. He was made several promises to help him as he needed extensive dental work. During our multiple visits, Dr. Mandala made it very clear to us that he would have to be 100% available to them for the next few months because it was going to be a lot of work and it was urgent. We agreed and because of that, postponed his job search. After 2 painful and uneventful visits, he had to be referred to an oral surgeon that could give IV anesthesia because he couldn’t be numbed through shots alone. (This is unfortunate, but not their fault. I understand that part.) We were instructed to get the extractions and come back after for the rest of the work. They said they would check in with us later to see how it went and schedule his next visit. When we got to the surgeon’s office, they had absolutely no idea they were supposed to be using anesthesia because of the way the referral was called in from our dentist’s office, who also scheduled the wrong surgeon, but that worked itself out. They weren’t prepared for this procedure. It would’ve been the 3rd time we’d attempted this without success so we begged them to do it. Fortunately they did and it went fine, but because it was a different procedure, it was now much more expensive than we were told. After the surgery, no one from this office called. We waited the two weeks we were told to allow for healing and called them ourselves. They didn't answer. We called again, a few times, and never spoke with anyone. A week or so later, we got a call back and were told the doctor was out due to the flu the week before and they’d call back to schedule him after she was caught up. Ok, we thought. That explains it. Flash forward another month, we've still never been contacted. One of the worst parts of all this is that they were uncertain about whether or not his wisdom teeth would need removed so they said to see what the surgeon thought. Under the impression that my husband would soon have implants from Dr. Mandala, the oral surgeon told us he didn't recommend removing them since they hadn't been any trouble. As long as there was no gap to allow the teeth to start shifting, the surgeon thought they'd be fine. Here we are now, a while later still with a large gap where he had 2 nearby teeth removed, and now he's having some pain. Had the dentist not convinced us to drain the rest of our HSA on an expensive extraction procedure, he wouldn't be in pain. However if ANYONE from this office had just been honest and let us know that this wasn't going to happen, we would have understood and I would have remained a client. This has all been completely unprofessional; I’ve never been so disappointed with a medical office.

I couldn't ask for a better dentist office! I felt the staff was very welcoming, understanding, and accommodating! Not your "ordinary" dental office. My needs were heard and I felt like a friend instead of just another patient.
