The front staff comes off very nice, but they are incompetent. They said my insurance was in network and we weren't, tried over billing me, gave me a written estimate for my sons teeth to be pulled, said it was wrong wanting to charge me more. I had a cavity , said they'd call me to set up appt never did, 3 mo later, I switched to another dentist , they never sent xrays over. Still trying to bill me for services that were supposed to be covered by ins. The mistake I made was believing them. Now I call ins. to see who's in network.

Great people, made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Totally different than the chain dental shops around. And they didn't try to up charge and sell me financing. Andre Christensen was my dentist he was awesome and down to earth.

What a great experience! They have a coupon running that offers the regular cleaning and inspection, usually $100, for just $35! Dr. Christensen made me feel so comfortable that I was really able to relax. They outlined any and all recommended future treatments in an understandable way. The price list was fair and since I don't have dental insurance, I appreciated the costs being so easy to understand. I would HIGHLY recommend Family Dentistry and Dr. Andre for anyone, everyone, that needs dental care. They will make you feel comfortable (in the normally stressful situation) and they will treat you right. You'll be happy that you chose Family Dentistry.

Dr Andre is an excellent dentist. He is very passionate about what he does and he cares very much about your comfort while in his office. Highly recommended!
