From the front office staff to the dental hygienists to the dentist himself, this dentist office is extremely friendly and goes above and beyond to make you feel well taken care of. I greatly appreciate the extra care they put into taking care of my smile and the hours that are friendly to working people. It was easy to get a first appointment and I didn't have to have a consultation first before scheduling a cleaning. I also didn't have to wait for half a year to finally get an appointment. They made it easy to be a first time patient and I will be going there from now on.

Dr. Kerr was amazing! He and his staff make you feel valued and they truly do care about you. I had a lot of work done and I love the treatment I received, I smile so much more now! Thank you Dr. Kerr, Fran, Linda and Dawn so much for helping me to not dread my visit to the dentist office anymore. Wonderful people, wonderful job!

I have ran a fever and have had a bad headache ever since I had a a back tooth extracted Friday and today is Wednesday.. i was given Antibiotics but I don't think they are working. on Monday I called the office to see if the Dr could maybe change my antibiotics. I spoke to Amber who advised me that everyone leaves early on Mondays and she would leave a message for The office manager on Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning it's 11 a.m still haven't heard anything b from the office manager or anyone. so I called spoke to Linda explained that I didn't believe my antibiotics were working and that I had been running a fever , had a bad headache and gum pain ever since my extraction on Friday. her response was well the extraction wouldn't cause you to run a fever or have an infection. so she set me an appointment for the following Friday. not one of these employees offered to talk to the dentist about what's going on..to me that's saying we don't really care if you have any problems or not.. all though the Dr and his assistant was very great when he did my surgery and said if I had any problems please call.. I feel the front office staff should take it more seriously and stop acting like it's no big deal.. yes I'm having issues and concearns after my extraction ... that's why I called the office to get the dr's advice. but after my call I felt as if my concerns don't matter.. horrible front staff...

I have been going here for the last three years, and I will be going here for another 20! No or very little wait time, everyone is wonderful, funny and comforting.
