Have been there 2 times in the last couple weeks. Someone from Corporate needs to make a surprise visit there. The store is dirty and unorganized. A total mess. 1st visit I stood in line over 15 minutes. Q cashier and then a girl came up and stood there. Never opening a register the cashier complaining the whole time she was supposed to be off 35 minutes ago.then a 3rd person came supposedly mgr. She checked out 1 person then she and the 2nd person had a lengthy discussion about which register makes more sense to break down finially i left my cart and left. So last night i went in and of course a line and one cashier however there is a second giel standing there taking about how long it takes to get the SAFE open an during this time as they wait for the SAFE to click they were gossiping about other employees. Someone was sitting back in the camera room watching the camera because thats all she does. Another person is lazy, on and on all the while customers in line. Then the safe opens and girl 2 takes a basket tray or some container of money out and walks toward the back alone. This place has potential to be very successful but you have to get someone in there to take control. It is sad to see this behavior. Corporate if you are listening your personnel are lacking in many areas. Customer service,security and on and on. I have been in retail 50 +years including managment. I would have fired the whole team both nights. By the way, I am not the only customer complaining or walking out. You are doing a great disservice to both your customers as well as the Family Dollar Name

Well the experience is there haven't been very great lately very hard to keep staff credit card machine was down we had to leave the store and go get cash no one told us that until we were finished shopping. Several times we have gone there and the store is closed during hours they should be open hopefully they'll get a new manager in soon and get it back to where it needs to be because the aisles are always blocked with supplies carts items to be stocked on the shelves you can never get down the aisles

Store hot mess. Way to short staff. Product/boxes everwhere. Overwhelming. Store has stolen open snacks/drinks for days in same spot on shelves. Please give them the hours needed to keep clean

Very rude cashier. As I walk in wearing a hoodie with my hood up because it is raining outside I was told to take off my hood as she saw I was a person of color. Then as she see my girlfriend who happens to be white and said oh you can keep your hood on.

Won't shop here any more. Last 3 times I was in, shelves were almost bare, merchandise all over the floor and the 2 employees working said the stock room was full, but no one to put out stock. 0 management or oversight. It's too bad, used to be decent store. Now I'd say just go to Dollar General down the street.
