I bought the wrong thing one day and when I went to go exchange it for something else the lady wouldn't let me because I didn't have my receipt it's not like I wanted my money back it was just a even exchange for something else but I called the Family Dollar on University and they let me exchange it without the receipt so I know the lady at this one on Sterling could have done it for me. no help whatsoever

The outside of the store could definitely use some TLC and on the inside, it is cluttered and confusing to find things. At least the Customer service reps are nice.

Very Bad experience today and not just today. ..but now they come after me in store and was told "you can not shop anymore we must close the store "what????I was pushed out from the store (with words )before 10 (store closing )and the atitudine from the lady was so annoying it was definitely angry and mad because I came in store for shopping 20 min before 10! I don't know what is happening with this store. ...the young lady from today definitely don't have any idea about nice service, being nice with customers. ...ZERO STARS. ..zero points for the store also. ..last month's you can't find nothing in there. ..and the old products are missing (cat food was plenty before and more stuff are missing

Each time I come here it gets worse I have been coming here for 12 years over the last six to eight months the customer service is ridiculous they don't help you they don't address you they don't say hi if you ask for help they treat you like you did something wrong I don't know what has changed I think you got a new manager actually I think you need to switch back or change managers you're not going to keep customers when treating them so badly... the district manager or regional manager should come and see these stores they're filthy and the employees are rude I'm not coming back here again after 12 years you have completely lost me as a customer due to your lack of customer service and your employees

False advertising of store hours. closing 40 minutes early and requesting card only being as they closed the cash registers
