This place is great.  I love that they rely on a great reputation and provide great customer service to their patients rather than a corporate "big box" name.  The staff is vey personable and professional. I want to personally give a heartfelt thank you to Christina who went above and beyond anything required of her to fill my granddaughter's prescription today. Somehow my granddaughter managed to break both pairs of her glasses, she lives out of state, has a weekend outing out of state this weeend and must have her glasses on at all times. I was initially told that the glasses would probably be ready late Thursday or early Friday morning at best.  I received a call at about 5 o'clock this evening to let me now that one pair of the glasses were ready! This is customer service at its best! Thank you again Christina! You're the BEST!!!

Horrible service!!  
They ordered the wrong contacts and told me it was my fault! How???  I'm not the Doctor!! WHAT A HORRIBLE ANSWER FROM THEM!!! I was told that it was what the Doctor that wrote the order by the receptionist.  When I told them I couldn't see with the prescription he gave, they refused to give me a refund. The receptionist is nice at first when you come in and they are getting your money  but never take "RESPONSIBILITY" for any errors or mistakes that she makes. SHE ORDERED THE WRONG COLOR THEN BLAMMED THE DOCTOR.  IT TOOK OVER 3 WEEKS TO GET MY CONTACTS AND THEN WHEN I WENT IN TO PICK THEM UP THE ORDER WAS WRONG..AGAIN.  I THEN HAD TO RETURN 3 TIMES AFTER THAT AND GOT  NO APOLOGY- NOTHING, NO DISCOUNT AT ALL FOR THEIR MISTAKES. I had to call my insurer and complain and then bring the correct prescription back to them, then and only then did they order my contacts with the correct prescription,( which was the old one)  but they made me pay more.... If you care about your eyes go somewhere else!!

Family Eye Care has great service. Not only is Dr. Frame fun and easy going, they take my eye insurance(BCBS) and remind me to use up my yearly deductible, they went ahead and worked with my insurance to figure out my rates with out me asking. My family and I continue to go back to him year after year because of the great service and very good prices.
