Actually, my name is Terry, and I'm and old coot with health issues who needs to make use of one of the three electric carts they have in the store every time I shop. The staff have always been very helpful and even allow me to drive the cart to my car when I leave so that I don't have to lug a heavy bag bag of groceries. They send an employee out to retrieve the cart shortly after.

Received my Valentine's Day bouquet, wrong bouquet, wrong card, when I called floral dept at store, they assured me I was given right bouquet and wrong card and she proceeded to tell me what my card said and I stopped her stating she was NOT going to read me my card over the phone and I told her thanks for ruining my Valentine's Day and then all of a sudden I have the Floral mgr on the phone and she proceeded to say we can redeliver the card if you like and I said at this point my day was ruined and her response was I apologize for ruining your day but it's a very busy day and the card just got switched. I said I don't even know if it's the right bouquet and she reassured me it was ( and it wasn't!) And she said well I guess we can make a new one and deliver it with the right card and I told her I needed to call my boyfriend to see EXACTLY what was ordered. Oh look 20 min. Later the right bouquet was delivered. Poor delivery guy, he was just doing the job given to him, but Floral mgr doesn't own up to mistake because she kept telling me the card was only thing switched! Not a fan!

Employees are great, my car battery died and this store no longer sells jumper cables but the employees were nice enough to find someone with jumper cables and the employees came to jump my car, and i will never forget it thanks guys

Pleasant employees are so good to see. They actually help make my mood brighter! I don't get that at the bigger stores. Thank you!
