I've been a member of Family First credit union for years. Trust me when I tell you they go above and beyond to look out for your best interest. Banks don't come close to this level of customer service.

I joined Family First Credit Union a year ago as a Fulton County School teacher, but I hadn't yet taken advantage of all it has to offer. In need of a swap and drop on a car loan through another credit union, I contacted FFCU and was placed in touch with Loan Officer Colleen Fowler. I've never had a more positive experience than what I had yesterday. Colleen was warm, welcoming, and she was quite helpful as she was able to meet my needs in approximately 20-25 minutes. As a parent of small children, you can imagine the horror that went through my mind when I thought the ordeal would last forever! Colleen was kind enough to entertain my children and all their questions! This truly was a positive experience, and I am so grateful that Colleen and the FFCU family were able to assist my needs. Please consider if you are a resident of Fulton County; you won't be disappointed!
